I'm a few months post-baby and just need to get back into things.... would like a mile under 7:30. 5k under 24. Just run more regulary.

I'm from everywhere. My dad, dad-in-law, and brothers are in the Army. I like chocolate, Nascar (Hendrick Motor Sports), and my husband. We have a beautiful little girl who cracks us up!

Adam made me go out and do a 5k while he pushed the stroller. He's a good husband for making me do these things. Anyway, we did it in 30:23. Felt crappy.... but good at the same time. You know how it goes.

That's great. My girlfriend is running her first 5k this weekend and I would be estatic for her to finish in that time. By the way, do you live in DC? I recognized the lincoln memorial - used to live in northern virginia / dc for many years.
